In Nova Scotia we operate the Firkin and Flyer pub in the Halifax Stanfield International Airport departures level.

Starting in mid 2022, we will be adding 3 new restaurants at the Halifax Airport:
• La Cocina Mexicana Taqueria & Tequilaria
• JJ’s Burger Shack
• The Fine Company Gastropub

We are looking for experienced Servers | Bartenders | Hosts to join our opening teams for these restaurants.

The successful candidates are energetic, motivated and have hospitality in their DNA. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering Genuine Hospitality and a memorable guest experience through food and beverage knowledge, adherence to service standards and of course your magnetic personality!

Must have 2 years of full service restaurant Front of House experience. Also must be Serve Right certified, and able to pass a Transport Canada background and security check to work in the airport.

As this is a full time operation, candidates must be able to work mornings, afternoons and nights, weekends, weekdays and holidays.

Reporting directly to the Executive Chef,  you take pride in the quality of the foods you prepare,  ensuring that it is always hot, fresh and prepared according to spec. Also you must able to pass a Transport Canada background and security check to work in the airport.

As this is a full time operation, candidates must be able to work mornings, afternoons and nights, weekends, weekdays and holidays.
